Pezze di Greco and Fasano

Pezze di Greco is a hamlet of Fasano. It takes its name from an old manor farm, which once covered the whole territory, belonging to Greco family, who dealt with the cultivation of vegetables, wheat, barley and oats in large areas of land called "pezze".
The hamlet hosts during the Christmas time one of the most famous Italian living crèche, in which the whole population participates actively.
